Dr. Hans Badreddine, CEO
Dr. Badreddine received his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the technical university of Aachen, Germany. He has worked in the water and waste water business since 1980. He was active in many countries in Europe and the Middle East for more than 25 years. In 2002 Dr. Badreddine applied in UK, PCT countries and USA for a patent developed by him under the name of Hans BioShaft.

Imad Yassine, COO

Mr. Yassine received a Bachelors of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University and is a member of the International Desalination Association. He has been involved in the water and wastewater treatment industry for over thirty five years, with extensive experience in waste water recycling and desalination technologies. He has extensive experience in management, finance, international trade, manufacturing relating to the waste water treatment industry in addition to extensive knowledge of the U.S. and the international market.

Thomas Houston, Advisory Board Member
Mr. Houston is the Managing Director of Global Eco-Rescue Limited, which is engaged in the business of saving rainforests around the world and trading the resulting carbon credits. Prior to this Mr. Houston was the President of Hydrophix Inc. which developed and marketed products to eliminate bacteria and hydrocarbons from storm drains. For more than 20 years Mr. Houston was an environmental attorney and “registered lobbyist,” and he secured over $2 Billion in municipal government contracts for his clients. From 1984-1987 Mr. Houston served as Deputy Mayor & Chief of Staff of the City of Los Angeles. He oversaw the City’s Bureau of Sanitation and its four major sewage treatment plants.
